In partnership with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. V, Filminera Resources Corporation and Phil Gold Processing and Refining Corporation collectively known as Masbate Gold Project sent 3rd and last wave of its relief operations to Boholanos to help them recover from the damages brought about by Typhoon Odette.
A total of 100 sets of roofing materials consisting of GI corrugated sheets (10ftx.5ML), GI plain sheets, and 1 kilo umbrella nail were donated to Barangay San Agustin, Sagbayan, and Bosongon, Tubigon all in the Province of Bohol last May 27 and 28, 2022.
This activity is in response to MGB Memorandum Circular no. 2021-011 dated December 16, 2021 re: re: authorizing all MGB Regional Offices to allow the realignment of the mining companies’ unutilized 2021 Annual SDMP funds and/or provision of Corporate Social Responsibility to assist Typhoon victims within the host and neighboring communities, as well as calamity-hit provinces from the regions.
