On June 29, 2020 MGB R.O.-V Technical personnel conducted Information, Education, Communication campaign to LGU-Catanduanes on the DENR Administrative Order no. 2020-07 in relation to DENR-DPWH-DILG-DOTR Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1 series of 2019 and salient features of RA 7942 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, related to apprehension, seizure and confiscation of illegally sourced minerals.  

The activity aims to capacitate the local officials for effective implementation and enforcement of mining laws in the Province.
