A race and fun run activity dubbed as R4R: Run for Resilience commenced the start of the Joint Opening Ceremony of the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council-Bicol together with the City of Legazpi in observance with the 2018 National Disaster Resilience Month. Participated by two technical personnel from Mines and Geosciences Bureau RO No. V, the event was held at daybreak in Puro, Legazpi City.
