The Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office NO. V (MGB R.O.-V) is one of the recipients of the award from the Office of the President Hotline 8888 for recognizing its 100% action/closure to complaints referred with concrete and specific action within 72 hours from November 4, 2017 to June 30, 2019.

This is the main event during the capability building seminar-workshop on “Performance Assessment of Hotline 8888 Operations Cum Learning Event on Stress Management” last September 5-7, 2019 at Hotel Lucky Chinatown, Binondo, Manila which participated in by representatives from Regions 1 to 13 of the DENR, EMB, MGB and its attached agencies.

The activity likewise assessed Hotline Operations of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Clusters.
